INGRIDENTS

Baby onions 12 to 15
Onions 2 chopped
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Red chilli pwdr 1tsp
Dhania pwdr 1 tsp
Zeera pwdr 1 tsp
Haldi pwdr 1 tsp
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Kasuri Methi 2 tbsp
Cream 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to tatse
Oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

METHOD
1.In oil add the baby onions and fry till slightly pink
2.Add kasuri Methi and fry
3.remove the onions
4.In the same pan add the chopped onions and saute
5.Add the garlic paste(can use Ginger garlic paste too)
6.Add the dry spice pwdr s
7.Add chopped tomatoes
8.cook the tomatoes till oil separates
9.Add the baby onions
10.Add the cream and toss the onions
11.cover and cook for 5 min
12.Serve hot garnish with coriander leaves and  with roti.
