खाना खजाना

CHIDIYA KA GHOSLA.

The recipe is as follows:

5 medium size potato
100 gm paneer
50 gm Red vermicili
1 small bowl of maida
Two table-spoon cornflour
2 cups cooking oil
One onion
1 Green chilli
1 table-spoon Ginger (lonely chopped)
5 to 6 clovesGarlic
50 gm peas, boiled
Corriender leaves

Garam masala
Corriender powder
Salt
Cumin seeds
Chat masala powder

Method:

First boil potatoes and peel them off.

Mash them properly, chop onion, garlic, ginger, corriender leaves and green chilli and mix them in potatoes along with peas.

Now, add all spices in it and make balls.

Now make slurry of maida. Add salt. And dip the potato ball in slurry.

Now wrap the ball in vermicili.

Make a small ditch in the middle of potato ball to give it a shape of nest.

Now, mash the paneer properly and add salt in it and give them the shape of eggs.

Make all nests this way and put them fridge for half an hour to let them set properly.

Heat oil in kadhayi and fry all nests.

It's ready, now garnish it with eggs in the middle of each nest and decorate it with corriender leaves to give them a proper look of Bird's nest.
