Ingredients:-
Stuffing ke liye

1-  1/2 kg potatoes
2-  2tbspoon sabut dhiniya
3-  1 tbspo saunf
4-  2 tbspoon barik Kati hui adrak
5-  1 teaspoon laal mirch powder
6-  1 teaspoon garam masala
7-  1 teaspoon amchur powder
8-  1 teaspoon barik Kati hari mirch
9-  namak swad anusar
10- 4 tbspoon oil

*Dough banane ke

1- 2 cup maida
2- 1/4 cup ghee
3- 1/2 teaspoon ajwain
4- namak swadnusar
5- thanda Pani ( fridge ka)

Method:-

Dough banane ke liye:-

  Sub se pehle maida , ghee , ajwain, aur namak mix Kar le
Ab thanda Pani leke tight dough bana ke 30 min dhak ke rakh de

Stuffing ke liye :-

Sub se pehle potatoes ko boil Kar le chilke nikal le aur barik Kat le
Ab sabut dhaniya aur saunf ko alag alag kut le mixer me nahi pisna powder nhi karna hai jaise pic me Hai waise hi rakhna hai
Ab ek pan me oil garam Kare use sub se pehle adrak Dal ke bhune jb adrak bhun Jaye usme dhaniye aur sauff kuti hui Dal ke bhune ab isme laal mirch powder, garam masala aur amchur powder dal ke 1 min bhune aur potatoes Dal de ab namak Dale aur acche se mix Kar le 2 min pakne de aur gas band Kar le
Ab Doud ko acche se masale aur iski choti choti loi bana le jaise roti ke liye banate hai waise
Ab is se roti bele aur use bich seeat ke 2 bhag Kar le ek bhag leke use fold Kar ke stuffing bhar de aur pack Kar le
Ab ise deep fry karle

** Subse jaruri baat **
Jb samose deep fry karte hai tb oil jayda garam nahi hona chahiye jb thoda garam ho tb hi samose dal ke slow flame pehi golden brown hone de
Nahi to aap ke samose ka covar khasta nhi banega fir aap bologe Hum ne bataya nhi😂😂😂
